BENGALURU : In the summer of 2020, entrepreneur Shourya Agarwal moved to Bengaluru from Mumbai to build a new team for his venture Flam, an augmented reality-based social media app. After all, which city had a better startup ecosystem and talent base? In two years, his team of five members grew to 70. They moved into a larger office in HSR Layout, home to many startups.
