    With India seeing a surge in the coronavirus cases, PM Narendra Modi in his 29-minute address on Thursday appealed to the people to take precautionary measures such as observing a ‘janta curfew’ on March 22 to prevent spread of the virus.

    • "These are testing times but we all have to maintain discipline to prevent spread of the virus," Modi said, adding the pandemic has severely affected the Indian economy
