T20 World Cup 2024: Top 10 squads, India vs Pakistan match details and more

The Indian team will play its first match against Ireland on June 5 in New York from 8 pm, while the most-awaited match against Pakistan will be on June 9 from 8 pm at the same venue.

With just a couple of days left for the adrenaline-filled ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2024 to kickstart in the USA and West Indies, fans globally are curious to know which team has the best batters, bowlers, and fielders.

One thing is for certain. Several old records will be shattered and many new ones will be created at this much-awaited cricket extravaganza.

The nail-biting tournament begins on June 2, when the host, the USA, will face Canada in Dallas from 6 am. (IST) onwards.

India's first match with Ireland will be played on June 5 in New York's Nassau County Cricket Stadium, built on Eisenhower Park, from 8 pm onwards, while the team's high-voltage match against Pakistan will occur on June 9 from 8 pm at the same venue.

Here is a look at top 10 squads for T20 WC 2024:

  1. India cricket team: Rohit Sharma (c), Hardik Pandya, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Virat Kohli, Suryakumar Yadav, Rishabh Pant, Sanju Samson, Shivam Dube, Ravindra Jadeja, Axar Patel, Kuldeep Yadav, Yuzvendra Chahal, Arshdeep Singh, Jasprit Bumrah, and Mohd. Siraj.
