London was the hub on Sunday evening as two major sporting events produced some jaw dropping action.

At Wimbledon, two giants of tennis, even sports produced an all-time classic as Novak Djokovic edged out Roger Federer in five sets 7-6 (5), 1-6, 7-6 (4), 4-6, 13-12 (3) to retain his Wimbledon title.

In another part of London, England and New Zealand produced a thriller in which the hosts England came out on top after the scores after fifty overs and indeed the super over were tied.

England came out on top because they had hit more boundaries in their fifty overs compared to New Zealand (22 fours and two sixes compared to 14 fours and two sixes).

While the tension was palpable there was a light hearted moment on Twitter as the official accounts of Wimbledon and ICC engaged in a light hearted chat.

It all started with when Wimbledon tweeted this to ICC

Hello @ICC- how are you coping your end?

#Wimbledon #CWC19Final

That was followed by a witty reply by ICC who tweeted

Things are a bit hectic here right now, we'll get back to you

#CWC19 | #Wimbledon | #CWC1FINAL

In two matches where the stakes were so high it was genuinely nice to see a conversation to bring smiles to the faces of all the users.
