Moto E6S launched at ₹7,999 with interchangeable back covers, 64GB storage

The Moto E6S is priced at ₹7,999 and will be available via Flipkart starting 23 September

    The Moto E6S was launched in India on Monday, alongside the Motorola TV. The Moto E6S is available in a single variant with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The smartphone was unveiled at the IFA 2019 tech expo in Berlin last week.

    Price and offers

    The Moto E6S is priced at 7,999 and is available via Flipkart starting 23 September. The Moto E6S will be available with a 2,200 Jio cashback and Cleartrip vouchers worth 3,000.

    Specifications

    The Moto E6S is lit by a 6.1-inch HD+ display with a notch to accomodate the 8MP front facing camera. It is powered by a MediaTek Helio P22 processor clocked at 2.0GHz paired with up to 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage that can be expanded to 512GB via a microSD card.

    At the back the smartphone boasts a 13MP primary camera and a 2MP depth sensor. The former has an aperture of f/2.0, pixel size of 1.12 microns and support for autofocus.

    Other features include 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.2, Wi-Fi 802.11 /b/g/n, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, and Galileo.

    The smartphone also comes with a fingerprint sensor at the rear for biometric authentication. The Moto E6S is backed by a 3,000mAh battery and comes with a 10W charging brick.

    The Motorola TV lineup was also launched with the Moto E6S. It comprises six smart TVs ranging between 32-inch (HD) and 65-inch (4K). Motorola claims that its new TV lineup was designed keeping the Indian audiences in mind and will be manufactured here. The TV will go neck-and-neck with the Mi TV and OnePlus TV that will soon be launched in India.
