OnePlus is set to unveil the mid-year upgrade to its most premium offering at an event in London tomorrow. The OnePlus 7T Pro will replace the OnePlus 7T as the new flagship device and will also come in a special McLaren Edition inspired by the Formula One team.

The OnePlus 7T Pro is already listed on Amazon India ahead of its official launch. For now, interested users can register themselves to get notified when the smartphone goes on sale.

OnePlus CEO Pete Lau earlier this week posted a tweet of the McLaren Edition box which appears to have a carbon-fiber finish, similar to what we saw on OnePlus TV.

The OnePlus 7T Pro is unlikely to come with any radical changes, however. It will offer Qualcomm’s new flagship chipset, Snapdragon 855 Plus and might come with improved camera sensors and battery performance.

The special McLaren edition is likely to offer bumped up RAM, storage, and faster charging capacity. Last year, OnePlus launched OnePlus 6T McLaren Edition with 10GB of RAM and 256GB storage. According to reports, OnePlus McLaren Edition could come with 65W fast charger as well.

“We’ve long been inspired by the McLaren brand spirit as an established company that continues to innovate," said Pete Lau, Founder and CEO of OnePlus. “The public reaction to the OnePlus 6T McLaren edition was incredible, users enjoyed seeing us working together to push boundaries, and we are thrilled to continue working together."

The company in September launched the 'T' variant of the OnePlus 7 with an upgraded camera module and 90Hz Fluid AMOLED display. The smartphone was launched alongside the much awaited OnePlus TV which comes in two variants priced at 69,900 and 99,900.
