Chinese smartphone maker Realme launched its flagship smartphone Realme X2 Pro on Wednesday. The smartphone is now available on Flipkart and on their official website. Realme X2 Pro comes with a 64MP quad camera setup at the back and a 6-MP Sony IMX471 selfie camera. Apart from the cameras, the smartphone will house the latest and reportedly the most powerful chipset from Qualcomm-- Snapdragon 855 Plus processor.

Realme X2 Pro was already launched in China earlier this year. Priced at 29,999 for the 8GB and 128GB variant, with a 4,000 mAh battery capacity, the company claims that this device will be its first device to feature a 90Hz display and will come with 50W VOOC fast-charging tech. This primarily means that the phone can charge 100 per cent in just 35 minutes. The other variant of the smartphone which comes with 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage is priced at 33,999.

The company also launched a special edition, the Realme X2 Pro Master Edition in Red Brick and Concrete colour variants, which will be available in 12 GB and 256 GB at a price of 34,999. The sale for the Master Edition will start during Chrsitmas, the company announced.

Furthermore, targeting budget smartphone market in India, the Realme 5s smartphone was also launched at the event. The Realme 5s is available for a starting price of 9,999 for the 4GB and 64GB variant. The 4GB and 128GB variant carries a price tag of 10,999. Earlier, Realme offered a special 'Blind Offer' on their website for those customers who were willing to reserve the phone beforehand. In the offer, customers could book the phone prior to the launch by depositing Rs1,000 latest by 19 November.

Realme X2 Pro specifications:

The Realme X2 Pro smartphone runs on Android v9.0 (Pie) with ColorOS 6.1 on top and features a 6.5-inch full-HD+ Super AMOLED Fluid display with 20:9 aspect ratio. Moreover, it houses the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus processor along with 6GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. It also comes in other variants: 64GB, 128GB and 256GB storage.

Camera being a major highlight, the flagship smartphone houses four sets of rear camera: the massive 64MP primary lens, 13MP telephoto lens, 8MP wide-angle lens and 2MP portrait lens. The front camera carries a 16MP lens and supports portrait shots as well.

Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, USB Type-C, and 3.5mm headphone jack. Along with this, the smartphone also features a vapour chamber for better cooling.
