It seems that Samsung Electronics has mistakenly shared images of the upcoming flagship smartphone Samsung Galaxy S20 just days ahead of the much-hyped 11 February event. The images, which reveal the design and look of the smartphone, was accidentally posted on the official website for a short while, as spotted by WinFuture.

The website reported that pictures of the Galaxy S20 could be viewed temporarily in one of the LED covers available in the accessories range of company's online shop of a European country. Samsung was quick to realise the grave blunder it created and removed the images along with the page for LED covers.

The leaked photos clear most of the rumours that were already floating everywhere in the internet and social media platforms. For one thing, we are now sure about the real moniker of Samsung's next flagship phone; it would be sold as Samsung Galaxy S20 instead of rumoured S11 series.

As seen in the screenshots shared by the website, the latest Samsung smartphone has a punch-hole selfie camera and a rear tall camera bump. The screenshots also revealed a new gray case with LEDs, which is same as the earlier one which Samsung released for last year’s Galaxy S10.

However, this is not the first time that Samsung caused such a blunder. Even earlier, reports suggest that the South Korean smartphone manufacturer has leaked the Galaxy Note 10 and Note 10 Plus just a day before their official unveiling last year, August.

Samsung is set to unveil quite a few products in its 11 February event. The company’s 'Unpacked' event, as it's named, will witness a range of flagship smartphone series which would include Samsung Galaxy S20, Samsung Galaxy S20+, and Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra. Reportedly, the Samsung Galaxy S20 will go live for sale on 6 March, 2020, as seen on their US website.

Several speculations of the company's latest offering hve emerged in the past months. As rumours, leaks and reports suggest, the new Samsung Galaxy S20 is expected to feature 120Hz displays for 108MP camera support. The battery specifications are rumoured to be a massive 5,000 mAh.

Apart from that, the Unpacked event will also unveil the new clamshell foldable smartphone, believed to be called Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, which has also been allegedly leaked via a hands-on video was posted on Twitter by leaker Ben Geskin just a few days back.
