The cryptic message sent by Apple could be a big easter egg for the Mixed reality headset expected from Apple at WWDC. At each WWDC event, Apple introduces updates for iOS, iPadOS, macOS, watchOS, and tvOS, tailored specifically for developers.
In a cryptic message to developers, Apple wrote, ‘Code new worlds’. The message is being seen as a signal to developers to code their apps for a whole new operating system.
According to reports, Apple will officially announce its virtual and augmented reality headset called Reality Pro. The headset is expected to be a standalone device with its own app store called xrOS or extended reality OS.
Apple has also released its annual "AR Experience" easter egg ahead of the WWDC keynote. According to MacRumors, the AR experience shows a bubble in the shape of the Apple logo, spinning gracefully clockwise, with the date 5 June 2023 elegantly displayed in the centre.

The Reality Pro is expected to come powered by a chipset comparable to the Apple M2 chipset. It could also have more than a dozen cameras that can read facial expressions, detect body movements, and map the surrounding areas.
According to Apple tipster Ross Young, the new AR and VR headset will feature dual 1.41-inch micro OLED displays with 4,000 PPI index and more than 5,000 nits of brightness.
Latest reports suggest that the xrOS could allow users to make an AR app using Siri from scratch without possessing any coding abilities.
While WWDC is majorly a software-focused event, this year Apple is also expected to make some major hardware announcements. At this year's event, Apple is expected to announce Macbook Air 15 inch, iOS 17, iPadOS 17, macOS 14, tvOS 17, and watchOS 10.
