Microsoft Outlook faces second outage in less than 24 hours

Microsoft Outlook services are down again. Users are reportedly unable to access thier inbox as the platform faces second outage in less than 24 hours.
According to Downdetector.com, the issued peaked at around 1:00pm.
Multiple users took to Twitter to flag the issue.
This is the second outage the platform has faced in less than 24 hours. Microsoft's product suite that includes Word and Excel was down for more than 15,000 users last night. Microsoft services have faced at least three outages since the beginning of the year.
Microsoft acknowledged the issue then and said “We’re reviewing our networking systems and recent updates in an effort to identify the underlying root cause of the issue. Additional information can be found in the admin center under EX571516."
Hours later, the company wrote in a tweet, “We’ve identified downstream impact for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business. We’re providing full impact details and updates for those services via MO571683. Updates pertaining to Exchange and Outlook on the web will continue to be provided via EX571516."
Later, Microsoft said it had reverted an update and saw an improvement in service — soon confirming recovery for impacted services.
As far as the latest outage is concerned, there is no update from the company yet.
