Renowned industrialist and Chairman of Vedanta Group, Anil Agarwal, has set his sights on a new endeavor – learning the art of taking a good selfie. In a recent tweet, Agarwal expressed his enthusiasm for social media and his desire to enhance his selfie taking skills.
Having actively used social media for over a year now, Agarwal acknowledged the platform's ability to connect him with a vast audience and provide unique opportunities for interaction.
Through this medium, he has been able to engage with people globally, gaining insights into various trends, discovering new places to explore for Bihari cuisine, and most importantly, witnessing firsthand the remarkable achievements of young Indians who continue to make history with their exceptional talents.
Agarwal tweeted, “It has been over a year that I have been using social media regularly. Social media has given me the opportunity to interact with so many of you..everyday I learn something new....globally kya trends chal rahe hain, new places to try bihari food and sabse important how young india is making history with their talent. Ab next mission is to learn how to take a good selfie 🤳🏽.”
To recall, Anil Agarwal took a trip down memory lane, sharing anecdotes from his childhood and his cordial relationship with his father on the occasion of Father’s Day 2023.
The Vedanta boss during his house cleaning found a box that had an album from his childhood days. "It had a lot of black and white photos of me and my babu ji.. in most of them, babu ji was wearing his favorite blue coat and dhoti..and I was just a little boy hiding behind him," Agarwal wrote.
Remembering his father, Agarwal said, "father's love is unique in its own way". They scold but showers umpteen amount of love (thodi si daat aut bahut sara pyaar), Agarwal wrote on Twitter.
Further, he shared an anecdote that how his father expressed love for his children. "babu ji ki ek baat humesha mujhe yaad rahegi.. no matter what time he came home from work… he always got us something, chahe woh mithai ho ya chatpate anar dane ki goli (I will always remember one thing about my father... no matter what time he came home from work… he always got us something...whether it is sweets or pomegranate dry seeds).
