Ambuja Cements-ACC-Orient Cement merger: Shares of Ambuja Cement and Orient Cement rallied up to 10%, while ACC fell following the merger announcement. Domestic brokerage MOSL said the announcement is a positive development.

Adani Energy Solutions Q2 Results: The total income of ₹13,793 crore in H1 FY26 and ₹6,767 crore in Q2 FY26 grew by 16.4 per cent and 6.4 per cent, respectively, due to stable operating performance across business segments and higher SCA (service concession agreement) income.

Adani Total Gas reported a 7.9% decline in Q4 net profit to ₹154.59 crore, down from ₹167.96 crore a year earlier. However, consolidated revenue rose 15.5% to ₹1453.37 crore in Q4 FY25 compared to ₹1,258.37 crore in Q4 FY24.

Adani Green share price opened in green, however, failed to sustain at the higher levels and came in red zone after the profit-booking triggered.

Adani Group plans to invest ₹1,10,000 crore in Madhya Pradesh, focusing on sectors such as pumped storage, cement, and thermal energy, aiming to create 1,20,000 jobs by 2030.

Adani Energy shares have witnessed a steep correction in recent years. The Adani Group stock has plummeted nearly 50% from its 52-week high and is down 84% from its all-time peak.
