Trials of Mumbai metro line 3, the aqua line between Colaba-Bandra-Speez have begun, and the first phase of the project between BKC and Aarey colony is set to be inaugurated in the next few days. The board of directors of Bandhan Bank on April 05 took on record the letter submitted by its Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer Chandra Shekhar Ghosh informing that he would retire from the services of the Bank as the MD & CEO upon completion of his current tenure on July 09, 2024.

While the bank’s board approved his reappointment for three more years in November 2023, the Reserve Bank of India has not yet cleared it.
