Block Deal

PB Fintech share price dropped over 8% following a block deal of ₹1,741 crore, involving 2.37% of its equity. The deal was linked to Temasek Holdings' reported plans to reduce its stake, with details of the buyer and seller undisclosed.

Alpha Wave Ventures LP sold its entire 1.93% stake in Delhivery in two tranches on June 24. The Delhivery stake sale by Alpha Wave Ventures LP comes a few days after venture capital firm Nexus Venture Partners offloaded its 1.97% stake in Delhivery.

GNG Electronics shares rose nearly 9% after a ₹175 crore block deal involving multiple mutual funds and foreign investors. The company saw notable growth, with a 55% rise in six months, backed by its strong refurbishment capabilities and positive market outlook from Motilal Oswal.

Meesho stake sale: Fidelity Investments, through its two affiliates, FID FDI 2117 LLC and FID FDI 312 LLC, offloaded a total of 5,98,16,300 shares representing a 1.31% stake in Meesho on Wednesday.

Capital Small Finance Bank share price has fallen 7.5% in one month, and has rallied 10% in three months. The smallcap stock has gained just 2% in six months, while it has declined 10% in one year and has dropped 20% in two years.

BlueStone Jewellery share price falls 6.5% asinvestors sell stake via block deal. The floor price for the transaction was fixed at ₹520 per share, implying a discount of around 5.4% to Bluestone's closing price of ₹549.50 on the NSE on June 8, 2026.

Goldman Sachs purchased 1,13,43,750 shares of Groww on 4 June at ₹185.50 per share, amounting to ₹210.42 crore. Friale Fund IV LLC, meanwhile, sold the shares of the company. Block deal data was released post-stock market hours on Thursday.

Block Deals: SVF II Lightbulb (Cayman), an investment vehicle owned by SoftBank Group, sold 5.65 crore Lenskart shares, representing a 3.25% stake in the company at ₹508.55 apiece, taking the total deal value to ₹2,873.30 crore.

Adani Enterprises shares rose 8% to ₹2,699.95, reaching a 52-week high after a block deal involving nearly 60 lakh shares. The stock has gained about 10% over two sessions and 54% since its March low, reflecting strong performance in recent months.
