IRB Infrastructure Developers shares rose nearly 11% after the stock turned ex-bonus for a 1:1 bonus issue. April 1 is the record date for allotment. Despite the rise, the stock has declined about 16% over the past year.

Dividend stocks: Several companies, including Tata Consultancy Services, will trade ex-dividend starting January 12.

GRM Overseas share price was trading marginally higher in Friday's trading session. The stock opened at ₹166.50 in the early morning session on December 26, as compared to ₹165.65 apiece on Wednesday.

On Wednesday, the GRM Overseas share price was trading 1.36% lower at ₹166.20 apiece. The stock opened at ₹178.80 in early morning session on December 24.

Multibagger small-cap stock: GRM Overseas, back in November, had announced the board nod for the corporate action. As part of the bonus issue, the small-cap stock will issue two fully paid-up equity shares for every one existing fully paid-up equity share held as on the record date.
