Anand Rathi Share and Stock Brokers Limited reported a 28.1% rise in revenue to ₹255.7 crore for the March quarter. Profit after tax surged 125.7% to ₹41.6 crore, subject to AGM approval.

Angel One's shares rose 8% to ₹265.85 on April 8, following positive Q4FY26 updates. The firm added 0.46 million clients in March, with a total of 37.39 million. Despite mixed turnover trends, average daily orders reached a 17-month high.

According to RBI, it had in February issued the final guidelines after due consideration of the feedback received as part of public consultation.
