Paisalo Digital share price surged 12% in Monday trading ahead of a Non-Convertible Debentures offering on September 10, 2025. The stock reached an intraday high of ₹38.38. Director Sunil Agarwal acquired 5,82,840 shares, increasing ownership to 16.82%.
