The Blackstone-backed mall owner will use the proceeds to refinance debt as IFC makes its first investment in an Indian retail Reit.

Nexus, India’s first publicly-listed retail real estate investment trust, has clocked a 14% year-on-year rise in retail net operating income to ₹420 crore in the July-September quarter.

The deal strengthens Nexus Select Trust's portfolio of 18 malls and two hotels across India, while enhancing its leadership in North India's retail market.

PropShare Platina REIT debuted on December 10, with a unit priced at ₹10.5 lakh, closing at ₹10.45 lakh. It became the first REIT to receive the SM REIT licence from SEBI.
