Titan Biotech approved a 1:4 bonus issue, giving eligible shareholders one fully paid-up equity share with a face value of ₹2 for every four held. The record date is October 23; allotment is scheduled for October 26, with trading expected to begin on October 27.

Jattashankar Industries has announced a 1:10 stock split, converting each ₹10 share into 10 shares with a face value of Re 1 each. The record date is October 19, and the stock closed 0.76% higher at ₹710.35 on October 15.

Hindustan Composites and Canara Robeco AMC declared interim dividends of ₹21 and ₹2 per share, respectively, with October 16, 2026, as the record date. HCL Technologies announced a ₹12 dividend, while Bansal Wire Industries set the same date for its five-for-one stock split.
