McDonald's feud with Indian partner ends as it buys out Vikram Bakshi's share

McDonald's, the fast food chain, has announced that its years-long legal dispute with Indian partner Vikram Bakshi has finally ended. McDonald's bought out Bakshi's 50% stake to gain full control of the company's business in north and east India. The outlets in these regions are expected to be closed for a week or two as McDonald's takes stock. It is also on the lookout for a development licensee for its operations in the north and east. Mumbai based K Hospitality Group is in talks with McDonald's for the same. Watch the full video for more.
