SpiceJet Most Delayed Indian Airline As Summer Rush Hits; Air India, Indigo Struggle

And that’s because Indian airlines are struggling to keep up with the surge in demand. The incapability of airlines to keep up with the surge in demand is leading to long delays, hike in prices, and frustration for passengers. Cash-strapped SpiceJet's passengers had to suffer the most number of delays. According to DGCA data, only 61% of SpiceJet’s flights departing from India’s 4 biggest airports took off on time.
