Theranos Founder Elizabeth Holmes Starts 11-Year-Long Prison Sentence

Once hailed as the female Steve Jobs, Elizabeth Holmes, the 39-year-old Theranos founder is now known as the fraudster. Convicted on four counts of fraud last year, she will start her 11-year-long prison sentence today. Just a couple of years ago she was celebrated as the world’s youngest self-made billionaire her startup was once valued at $10 billion at its peak, now she will now work alongside inmates in a Texas prison for 12 cents to a dollar per hour.
