Bollywood actor Sonu Sood, speaking from flood-hit Nepal, described the scale of destruction as immense. He pointed to a lone “miracle house” that survived while the rest of the village on the other side was completely wiped out, with no access remaining. Sood said it takes nearly nine hours to reach some of the worst-affected areas. He expressed heartbreak for families whose homes and loved ones have been lost, noting that people are still trapped under debris. The actor stressed the need to bring aid so that Nepal can stand on its feet again, adding that his team is trying to reach the most difficult spots and provide whatever help possible.
