Mamta Kulkarni is known for her roles in films like Karan Arjun and Baazi. She left behind her film career at the 2025 Maha Kumbh Mela to embrace a spiritual journey.

Anagha, best known for her role as Nandini in Anupamaa, left the entertainment industry to follow a spiritual journey dedicated to Lord Krishna. 

Sofiya Hayat, recognised for her stint on Big Boss, left the entertainment industry in 2016 to become a nun and is now known as Gaia Sofia Mother. 

Despite the 1996 film Khiladiyon Ka Khiladi bringing fame for Barkha in her debut, she embraced Buddhism and became a nun, taking the name Gyalten Samten.
