Shrimp And Avocado Salad

Cook the shrimp until they turn pink and are fully cooked. Combine the shrimp, avocado, mixed greens, and cucumber in a bowl. Drizzle lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Toss gently to combine and serve.

Chicken Meatballs With Zucchini Noodles

Bake small meatballs by mixing ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, salt, and pepper. Sauté zucchini noodles in olive oil and serve the meatballs on the top of the noodles with marinara sauce.
