Lemon

One whole raw lemon contains 45 mg of vitamin C, which is 50% of the daily value (DV). It acts as an antioxidant, prevents browning in foods, and may help lower blood pressure and stabilize blood sugar levels.

Kiwi

Kiwis can inhibit blood platelets, potentially reducing the risk of blood clots and stroke. They also support immune health and provide vitamin K, lutein, and zeaxanthin.
