Inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4, exhale for 4, hold again, then repeat for relaxation and focus.
Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds, hold for 7, exhale through your mouth for 8; repeat for relaxation.
Close right nostril, inhale left; close left, exhale right. Inhale right, exhale left. Repeat for 5–10 minutes for clarity.
Inhale for 5 seconds, exhale for 5 seconds, maintaining rhythm to regulate heart rate and reduce stress.
