Switching from regular refined oil to less refined or processed oil can be beneficial for your health. It is always better to choose oils that are less processed. 
Here are some healthy edible oils: 

Extra-Virgin Olive Oil

Rich in monounsaturated fats and antioxidants; lowers cholesterol and inflammation, supports brain health and diabetes prevention. It has a smoke point of around 400°F.

Avocado Oil

High in oleic acid and lutein; supports heart health, eye health, and skin protection. Light and buttery flavor, suitable for high-heat cooking with a smoke point over 500°.
