ANIMAL, JAWAN AMONG 5 MOVIES TO GROSS OVER RS 650 CRORE

The Box Office had a record breaking run in 2023 as 5 Indian movies smashed all milestones. Some of these movies are still ruling over theaters and at least one more big release is expected in 2023. 

Pathaan 

It all started with Shah Rukh Khan's Pathaan, which became the first film to cross <span class='webrupee'>₹</span>650 crore at the worldwide box office in 2023

Sunny Deol's Gadar 2 was the next film to create that buzz as it successfully tapped a nostalgia and attracted a huge number of people to theaters

Superstar Rajinikanth clashed on the big screen with Gadar 2 and performed equally well on the worldwide box office crossing <span class='webrupee'>₹</span>650 crore

Jawan

Shah Rukh Khan was back with another action-packed film and Jawan became superstar's second <span class='webrupee'>₹</span>1,000 crore film in the same year 

Animal

Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal is dominating the worldwide box office at the moment. The film has minted over <span class='webrupee'>₹</span>660 crore worldwide in just nine days
