Keep apps out of sight, so they’re out of mind

There are apps that can help you limit your time on social media, use them

Spend an hour a week on at least one screen-free hobby

During meals keep the phone inside and have a mindful meal

When going for a sleep  leave your phone outside the bedroom

Disable social media notifications on devices

Try deleting social media apps from devices
