The new Parliament building has a seating capacity of 888 members in the Lok Sabha and 348 members in the Rajya Sabha

The new Parliament will feature a 'Constitutional Hall' which claims to put the needs of Indian citizens at the 'heart of democracy'
Central lounge
The new building will feature a central lounge and an open courtyard to facilitate interaction among members

The new Parliament complex is a platinum-rated green building and aims to showcase India's commitment towards sustainable development
