No-cook dry fruit modak
Coarsely grind your favourite dry fruits. Add dates, raisins and grated dry coconut to the powder. Add ghee and knead like dough. Shape into modaks.

20-min Kesar Mawa Modak
Infuse saffron into warm milk. In a pan, cook khoya and sugar together. Add saffron milk to it. Cook till thick. Shape.

Mix desiccated dry coconut and condensed milk well. Shape into modaks. Optionally, coat with melted chocolate.

Mix crumbled paneer with condensed milk and saffron. Cook on medium heat while mashing it simultaneously. Knead into a smooth dough. Shape into modaks.
